The Golden Thread Gallery presents new work by internationally acclaimed artist Claire Morgan which has been specially commissioned with the support of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland Commissioning Grant 2024.

Claire Morgan raises fundamental questions about the role of humans and their relationship to nature. Complex threedimensional forms made from artificial and natural materials are a frequently recurring motif and the artist uses taxidermy, waste materials, sculptural wax figures and human hair, to create uniquely haunting work, that inspires new understanding to the possibilities of the art form.
